CNC rounding - Three-roll bending / die bending
Here, computer-controlled three-roll bending machines are used to shape special aluminium profiles and square, rectangular and round pipes. Even very demanding three-dimensional processing can be implemented this way. None of this can be achieved without a good deal of experience.
Setting up the machine requires finesse. The different e-module of the profiles causes rebounding, which absolutely must be taken into account to ensure constant, process-reliable production.
