Laser and sheet metal processing
New manufacturing options in the area of sheet metal processing in recent years have enabled a completely different way of thinking in various areas of design. To develop these options for our products and customers, we expanded our manufacturing operations to include the area of laser and sheet metal processing in 2015.
laser cutting
The laser beam as a multifunctional tool. Laser cutting as a thermal cutting process paired with modern control technology is characterized by absolute freedom of contour and shape. Clean cut edges, dimensionally accurate cuts and minimal reworking are the decisive advantages here.
Furthermore, perforated sheets, shaped sheets and special materials (e.g. high-strength tool steels) can also be processed on request.
Bending
In addition to laser cutting, edging as a bending process is one of the most important processes in modern sheet metal production. By making folds, even thin sheet metal achieves unbelievable strength values.
Bevels make a large number of subsequent processes easier or even eliminate them altogether. For example, a classic welded construction can often be significantly simplified and optimized as a sheet metal construction. Even folds, beads and step edging do not pose a problem for our employees and machines.
