Alu-Line GmbH was founded in 1985 by Alfons Zimmerer in Bad Saulgau, Upper Swabia.
Initially, the company focused on contract work such as welding, punching, sawing and grinding aluminum parts and profiles. Due to the constant expansion of the company, another production hall was built in Martin-Staud-Straße in 1990, where the company is still located today. The expansion of operations has enabled us to increase our manufacturing capabilities and offer our customers an even wider range of products and services.
In 1991, Mr. Ernst Sigmund, the second managing partner, joined the flourishing company. In 1995, a second production hall with an integrated administration building was built, after which the company headquarters were finally relocated to Martin-Staud-Strasse.
After the CampingGaz company, which had taken over the distribution of our own products, was broken up in 1997, we founded the EuroCarry brand, through which we have been marketing our own products throughout Europe ever since.
In 2000, the core competencies in our company were redesigned. In this context, a state-of-the-art CNC department was set up, which made it possible to process long aluminum parts of up to 6 meters in length on 5-axis machining centers.
2 years later, our company was certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, which opened up further markets for us, such as the automotive industry or medical technology.
An environmentally friendly production method is more important than ever today and is part of the responsibility of every company.
We meet this responsibility to a large extent through recycling measures, economical use of materials and our own photovoltaic system.
